- Marinade — garlic, soy sauce, pasta water, corn starch, brown sugar, pepper, white vinegar, sesame oil, ginger paste.
How to make this Easy Beef Lo Mein Recipe
- Prepare the ingredients: Cook Lo Mein Noodles as directed on the packaging. Steam the broccoli and set aside. Prepare the veggies and cut the steak into small thin strips.
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Sauté the vegetables: In a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp. of light tasting olive. Sauté the onions, carrots and bell pepper until tender and then set aside. Do not over cook.
